Based at Caister-On-Sea, on the beautiful Norfolk coast, I have been photographing people, places and events since 1991.
After many years freelancing part-time, initially to cover the cost of my City & Guilds studies,
I started shooting full-time in 2002 specialising in wedding,
portrait and publicity photography.

Models & Artistes
Contempory publicity portraits for models, musicians, dancers and other artistic professionals are gaining increasing relevance in East Anglia. A growing talent base are recognising the value of professionally shot publicity portraits.

Weddings In over ten years photographing weddings, I have strived to develop a balance in contemporary style and traditional content.
Treating each wedding as both a documentary and portrait assignment, the challenge is to raise the visual value at every opportunity. Sometimes it is like rescuing a moment from ambiguity, when light, composition or releasing the shutter at the right time can lower or heighten a picture's impact.

On-site and venue assignments for
businesses and agencies in the
Great Yarmouth and Norwich
areas have included
advertising,
PR and brochure photography.
I also undertake occasional commissions for corporate magazines and London PR agencies, most commonly portraits and industrial reportage.

Digital Art
The digital darkroom allows me enormous creative control and expression in my work and also helps me monitor the quality of my output.
Photo design work may include complex re-touching, art montages and composites. Source pictures needn't be taken by me but can be your own images - including those old black & white prints long in need of restoration.
I will work with all media whether prints, negatives, slides or digital files. Artwork may be supplied on disc and printed as required.

Copy Work
A copy-only service is also available for those needing digital copies of negatives, slides or prints. Prints may be scanned or photographed depending on size.
I will also photograph valuables such as jewellery, old coins, medals, stamps and just about any other possession that needs capturing in fine detail. Nothing needs to leave your premises, all work can be carried out on-site.

Copyright is licenced to clients on commissioned publicity work solely for their advertising, marketing or PR use.
